You might not know yet, but folk singer Beverley Martyn, who was a close friend of Nick Drake back in the day, is releasing a new album titled "The Phoenix and The Turtle" later in 2012. This features a previously unrecorded Nick Drake & Beverley Martyn song ‘Reckless Jane’.
We are delighted that new best friend of the gallery, Mark Pavey, who has produced Beverley Martyn’s new album, has given us the opportunity to use it as the soundtrack to the promo film – so if you watch it, you will hear Reckless Jane in its entirety for the first time. It’s a really beautiful song.
