Only 1,250 Heroes and Villains copies are being published, each hand bound to the highest quality in Italian silver paper. There are 350 Deluxe copies in the edition, which are bound in silver leather and additionally signed by Sir Roger Moore. Every book is housed in a plastic box, resembling a Kodachrome slide case.
